Landor & Fitch has appointed Teemu Suviala as its new chief creative officer. Suviala joins from Meta and will be responsible for Landor & Fitch’s creative teams across over 20 countries.
The Yard Creative has announced two promotions: Laurence Pugh will become MD and Tom Edington will become CEO. Pugh has been with the business six year and, in his new role, he will focus on driving the business forward while striking the balance between creativity, people, and commerciality. Edington came back to the UK business after a 15-year explorative break to open The Yard Creative’s New York studio and grow the UK business. His new role will focus on creating strategies and growing the brand globally.
Tangerine’s head of Japan business Go Izumisawa has been selected as a mentor of the I-OPEN program by Meti. I-OPEN is a design management program run by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry in Japan that aims to solve global social issues. The outcome of this project will be showcased to the world at the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025.
Branding and interiors design consultancy Harrison’s founder Philip Harrison has moved into the role of executive chairman, while US-based COO Keith Anderson has assumed the role of CEO. The internal changes come at a time when Harrison is seeking to evolve its offering to span across strategy, architecture, interior design and brand design services.
Morpheus & Co. has appointed Antonio Quesada as managing director and Winyu Chantadara as associate director. Quesada has come from interior design studio Kelly Hoppen Interiors where he led the architectural department for five years. Chantadara brings 13 years of experience having led multiple teams across hospitality and residential development projects.

PA Consulting (PA) has announced an initiative that will bring together its design, engineering, and science skills with its innovation capabilities. Led by PA’s chief innovation officer Frazer Bennett, the combined team will comprise a global portfolio of design, engineering, and innovation firms acquired by PA, including Sparkler, Essential Design, Astro Studios, Cooper Perkins, and most recently Design Partners. The intended outcome of the initiative is to create new growth platforms for clients through brands, products, services, and experiences.
Cardiff-based branding and design agency Bluegg will now be named Toward following a rebrand. As the agency celebrates its 20th anniversary, owners Mike Jordan and Tom Lloyd expressed that the goal it to hit £1m in the next five years.
Nexus Studio has launched a new division dedicated to motion design called Nexus Design Studio. It will be spearheaded by Harry Butt and work to respond to briefs concerning motion design, CG product films, brand identities and marketing assets.
Typography organisation the Type Directors Club sought to expand the geographic and cultural diversity of its Advisory Board with the appointment of 15 new members from ten countries, increasing its number from 15 to 23 this year.
