As a family-run business, we place great emphasis on personal advice as our jewellery has several secrets that are not instantly recognised at first glance. All our jewellery is created from our experienced master goldsmiths from the most precious materials such as 18-carat gold and jewels in our in-house workshop in Pforzheim, known as the Golden City. Wellendorff jewellery should be a joyful experience every day. Clean jewellery regularly with soap and water regularly (except for our amulets) so that your jewellery does not lose its lustre and shine. You can keep your rings on when washing your hands. We also offer free cleaning in an ultrasonic bath as a service in our boutiques. Please contact our Wellendorff boutiques or our Wellendorff jeweller partners on site for professional handling in our workshop.

A Wellendorff ring has many features and secrets. As an example, every ring consists of at least four elements. The inner ring is rotatable, and the width of the ring can be adjusted at any time if your fingers change over time. This means that a Wellendorff ring is something special. For a ring to provide you with moments of pure joy, it must fit properly. It should neither be too loose nor too tight. We would be delighted to help you discover the ideal ring size for you. We recommend that you contact your local Wellendorff boutique or one of our partner jewellers. Your size can be determined on site by one of our special Wellendorff sample rings. Please note that your ring size may vary depending on the width of the Wellendorff ring. Furthermore, your actual size is always engraved into the inner ring.

It is possible that the ring width changes over time. So that you can still enjoy the delights of your Wellendorff ring, we offer a service for adjusting the ring width which still maintains the ability of your Wellendorff ring to rotate. Changing the width within a specific range of sizes (starting from the base size) is free of charge. A flat rate charge is levied if the change in width (from the base size) is outside this range. If you wish to do so, please contact your Wellendorff boutique, one of our partner jewellers, or the Wellendorff Expert.

Every year we launch particularly special items of jewellery that are limited to a very small number of editions worldwide, which are extremely popular with Wellendorff connoisseurs and collectors.
